On Sunday 16th August a 10am, we are running a two-hour online workshop - Effective Communication in the Clinic.
Join us to develop awareness in your conversations with patiens in the clinic. In this workshop you will one your communication skills by:
- Understanding how your brain receives sorts and processes information
- Developing stratergies to support safe communication
- Improving your questioning skills
Thus creating a foundation for your clinical interactions.
Mana Fleming with be leading this workshop. Her qualifications include:
- NLP trainer
- Bachelor Health Science Chinese Medicine
- Experienced and qualified adult educator
- Serves on multiple advisory boards
