How do I choose an acupuncturist?



1. Always choose NZRA registered acupuncturist. NZRA is the label of safety and highest qualification of acupuncturists in New Zealand.

2. Rapport and trust. Talk to your acupuncturist. Does he inspire trust in you? Your relationship with acupuncturist is very important. Will you be able to discuss even very intimate matters of your health with your practitioner?

3. Qualification. All NZRA members are qualified. However, some may have a particular interest and better understanding of your condition.








How do I know my acupuncturist is NZRA registered?



1. Confirm that the name of your acupuncturist appears on this list.

2. Confirm that a valid NZRA annual practising certificate is displayed in your acupuncturists office.
